In order to give a polished, professional appearance for our performances, each student will be required to wear the designated outfit. If any student is unable to provide the resources for an outfit, the parent(s) should discuss this in confidence with the director. Financial accommodations may be arranged, based on student need.
Uniform Purchase Form for 2018-19
In addition, all students are required to own the Woodbridge High School Chorus T-Shirt. This shirt will be used for informal performances as well as for our spring trip. When used in performance students will need to wear blue jeans with no holes. All other articles of spirit wear are optional. Sweatshirts and other spirit items may be available for purchase at a later date.
Payment Details
Check Payment:
Please have checks made out to Woodbridge Senior High School. Please include the student’s name and fee being paid in the memo line of the check.
Cash Payment:
Please put money in a sealed envelope and write the first and last name of the student and the name of the fee being paid (ex. Jane Doe, Chorus fee) and give to Mr. Shapiro.
Financial Assistance:
is available for those in need of such assistance. Requests for financial assistance should be made directly to Mr. Shapiro prior to the due date for the related fee.
